Gerne kannst Du uns Dein Gerät mittels Formular hier einsenden https://revendo.ch/verkaufen/ oder es uns ohne Voranmeldung in einer unserer Filialen vorbeibringen.

Ein Ankauf dauert in der Regel bis zu 5 Werktagen, denn Dein Gerät wird sorgfältig technisch sowie optisch geprüft.

Bitte lösche vor der Einsendung/Abgabe Deine Apple ID, sowie Deine Daten vom Gerät. Weitere Informationen zur Vorbereitung Deines Gerätes für den Verkauf findest Du hier: https://blog.revendo.ch/wiederverkauf-vorbereiten/ 

Sollte Dein Gerät eine Sperre aufweisen, welche nach mehreren Erinnerungen nicht entfernt wird, können Gebühren gemäss unseren AGBs entstehen: https://revendo.ch/agb/ 

Die Ankaufsofferten auf unserer Homepage durch das Berechnungstool oder auch mündliche Aussagen durch einen Fachverkäufer sind unverbindlich. Erst nach einer ausführlichen Prüfung Deines Gerätes durch unsere Techniker wird Dir eine schriftliche, verbindliche Ankaufsofferte per E-Mail zugestellt. Es kann aus verschiedenen Gründen zu einer Abweichung kommen. Beispielsweise durch falsche Angaben zum Gerät, Abweichung bei der Beurteilung der Gebrauchsspuren oder den Akku-Zustand (Sowohl die Akkukapazität in % als auch die Anzahl Ladezyklen sind bei der Bewertung des Akkus ausschlaggebend.) Generell ist der berechnete Preis 10 Tage gütig. 

Bei einer Auszahlung per Banküberweisung, überweisen wir Dir vollen Betrag innerhalb von 3 Arbeitstagen nach Deiner Bestätigung. Bei einer Auszahlung in Bar nach Anmeldung, ziehen wir für den administrativen Aufwand 10% am Ankaufspreis ab. Wir bitten Dich einen Ausweis vorzuzeigen. Bei einer Auszahlung per revendo Gutschein schenken wir Dir 5%. 

Möchtest Du von der Offerte zurücktreten? Dann gib uns telefonisch unter +41 61 500 28 28 oder per E-Mail an info@revendo.ch unter Angabe Deiner Auftragsnummer Bescheid. Solange Du die Offerte nicht angenommen hast, kannst Du vom Verkauf zurücktreten. Dein Gerät kannst Du abholen oder wir senden es Dir zu. Es entstehen keine Kosten für Dich.

The buy back offers on our website via the calculation tool or verbal statements by a salesperson are non-binding. Only after a detailed examination of your device by our technicians will you receive a written, binding purchase offer by e-mail. Deviations can occur for various reasons. For example, due to incorrect information about the device, deviation in the assessment of the signs of use or the battery condition (both the battery capacity in % and the number of charging cycles are decisive in the assessment of the battery). In general, the calculated price is valid for 10 days. 

In case of a payout by bank transfer, we will transfer the full amount within three working days of your confirmation. In case of a payout in cash, we deduct 10% of the purchase price for administrative expenses. We will you to show an identity card. If you choose a pay out with a revendo voucher, we will grant you an extra 5%. 

If you don't wish to accept an offer, please let us know by telephone on +41 61 500 28 28 or by e-mail to info@revendo.ch, stating your order number. As long as you have not accepted the offer, you can withdraw from the sale. You can pick up your device or we can send it to you. No costs apply.

Un achat prend généralement jusqu'à 5 jours ouvrables, car ton appareil sera soigneusement contrôlé techniquement et visuellement.

Si ton appareil est équipé d'un verrou, qui n'est pas retiré après plusieurs rappels, des frais peuvent être facturés selon nos conditions générales : https://revendo.ch/agb/  

Les offres de rachat sur notre page d'accueil par le biais de l'outil de calcul ou les offres verbales d'un vendeur spécialisé sont sans engagement. Ce n'est qu'après un examen détaillé de ton appareil par nos techniciens que tu reçois une offre d'achat écrite et contractuelle par e-mail. L'offre peut différer pour différentes raisons. Par exemple, en raison d'informations incorrectes sur l'appareil, d'une différente évaluation des signes d'usure ou de l'état de la batterie. (La capacité de la batterie en % ainsi que le nombre de cycles de charge sont déterminants dans l'évaluation de la batterie). En général, le prix calculé est valable pendant 10 jours. 

En cas de versement par virement bancaire, nous te transférerons la totalité du montant dans les trois jours ouvrables suivant ta confirmation. Dans le cas d'un versement en espèces, nous déduisons 10 % du prix d'achat pour les frais administratifs. Nous te demandons de présenter une pièce d'identité. En cas de versement par bon d'achat revendo, nous t'offrons 5 %. 

Si tu ne souhaites pas accepter une offre, merci de nous contacter par téléphone au +41 61 500 28 28 ou par e-mail à info@revendo.ch, en indiquant ton numéro de dossier. Tant que tu n'as pas accepté l'offre, tu peux annuler la vente. Tu peux récupérer ton appareil ou nous pouvons te l'envoyer. Il n'y a pas de frais.
